La Maison RICHART is a 3rd generation family chocolatier from Lyon, France.  I first discovered their chocolates at a tasting event at Neiman Marcus, and instantly fell in love.  Of course, the chocolate itself of a supreme quality, but the RICHART experience is defined by the most intricate and intense flavors, divided into 7 flavor families: Balsamic, Citrus, Roasted, Herbal, Floral, Spiced and Fruity.
