I don't eat a lot of frozen entrees, but I do have a few favorites. I've written before about Michael Angelo's Eggplant Parmesan, and today I'm adding Indian entrees to my list. I recently discovered Sukhi's Natural Authentic Indian Cuisine, which tastes really close to fresh restaurant food, with bright flavors and appropriate textures. They're far superior to the more widely-available and lower priced Ethnic Gourmet and Tandoor Chef products. The spicing is authentic (perfect if you like a little kick in your food — maybe a bit too agressive if you don't), and condiments or naan are often included in the package as appropriate.
