The Canon PIXMA MG6120 includes built-in WiFi (for printing and scanning), a smooth-surface illuminated touch panel controls, auto-duplex (2-sided) printing and a 6-cartridge ink system, that includes a pigment black for documents, and a grey ink tank for really good B&W photo reproduction.  Buy a Canon PIXMA MG6120 for $111.30 from Amazon.com or for $94.95 from B&H Photo.  Whatever printer you have or buy, the biggest expense will be the ink tanks, not the printer itself.  Save yourself some big bucks by buying yours from 123inkjets.com. They work flawlessly, and cost a fraction of what the OEM cartridges cost.
