Are You Still Using Animal-Tested Products?

Peta Surprisingly, many personal care product manufacturers still test on animals, including:  Aveeno, Biotherm, Clairol,  Clean & Clear, Dial Corporation, Garnier, Helena Rubinstein, Johnson & Johnson, Lancôme, Lubriderm, L'Oréal, Matrix Essentials, Maybelline, Max Factor, Neutrogena, Olay, Pantene, Ponds, ROC, Shisedo and Vichy.  You can search a complete list at the PETA site CaringConsumer.org to quickly find out
whether the brands you're currently or considering using are still
testing on animals.  Companies that only do animal testing that is still required by law but no other animal testing are not included on PETA's Companies that DO test list (PDF), and companies that are on their DON'T test (PDF) have either have signed PETA's statement of assurance or provided a
statement verifying that they do not conduct or commission any animal
tests on ingredients, formulations, or finished products and that they pledge not
to do so in the future.
