I've had an avid interest in crafts and domestic arts since my elementary school teacher Ms. Patra Holter introduced me to them as a kid.  I have a Dremmel drill, am pretty handy with a needle and thread, and see things like decoupage and think "I'd like to do that," and would — if I had the time.  But I've never had any interest in knitting.  Even weaving once caught my attention for a few months.  But knitting, never.  I'm not sure what I find so compelling about these complete knitting kits from Wool and the Gang.  I think it's that they feel so modern — complete with video instructions you can watch online.  Check them out at woolandthegang.com.
