I’ve been eyeing Bodum’s insulated glassware for about a year, and finally bought a set of the Pavina Double Wall Large (15oz) glasses.  Made from durable Borosilicate glass (used for scientific lab glass), it’s strong and heat-resistant glass, allowing glasses to be thinner and lighter than traditional "soda-lime" glass.  The double wall insulation allows you to comfortably hold hot drinks and substantially reduces the condensation sweating of cold drinks in warm environments.  It’s dishwasher safe and won’t get cloudy.  Although Bodum boasts of the glass strength online, the
packaging warned about being careful when dropping ice cubes in the delicately curved bottom.   I found the best price, and free shipping at kitchen-universe.com, which also carries the full line of stylish Bodum products at a discount, including the Double Wall Sake glass, which I may have to order next.
