I’ve already written about my minty-fresh mouth, but diligent teeth brushing is only part of the story.  I chew a lot of sugar-free gum. My newest favorite is Stride. It claims to be "ridiculously long lasting" — a perfectly unquantifiable boast, but it does seem to last longer than the Eclipse gum I’ve been chewing.  Plus it comes in a really cool fold-out package.  I found it at CVS, but if you log onto STRIDEgum.com on June 21st (the longest day of the year), they’ll send you a free pack.
