The Best Cookware: All-Clad

Allclad
Last week’s post on Induction Cooktops noted that they require steel or iron cookware. But no matter what kind of cooktop or range you have, All-Clad cookware consistently ranks highest. Its only drawback is the hefty price tag.  You can save some by buying a complete set, and sometimes the various cookware retailers put certain items on sale. But Cookware & More is the direct factory outlet for All-Clad, offering deep discounts on "factory irregulars" with minor visual imperfections that don’t affect  working performance. And during the month of March, they’re offering an additional 20% discount.

Thanks for the tip on the factory seconds.

People should be careful when buying sets though. Many sets have sizes and pans that you’ll never use. Make sure you need all the pieces in the set, otherwise it’s not such a good value.
