You can’t beat 1-800-LD-Roses. Their hydroponically-grown flowers have exceptional beauty and vase-life, at a reasonable price, and the roses themselves are consistently the best I’ve ever seen.  Because they’re shipped direct from the grower by FedEx,  the presentation is a bit lacking — they come boxed in Styrofoam. And delivery is only available in the USA Tuesday-Saturday, with a $10 surcharge for Saturday. But it also means you have until noon Monday (PST) to place your Valentine’s Day order.  And that’s a great thing for you procrastinators.
