Borba Nutraceuticals
I was shopping at Bristol Farms last week (kind of an upscale Whole Foods, if you can imagine such a thing!), and discovered Borba Skin Balance Waters, promising "healthy skin from within," and accompanied by multiple scientific claims.
I’m not sure I believe the clinical trial results, but the stuff’s got to be healthier than Vitamin Water, which really should just be called Sugar Water. If you’re just looking for flavored water, they’re a little pricey, at $2.50 a bottle ($2/packet you can reconstitute), especially when you can buy Emergen-C for about 25¢/packet. But I really liked the Clarifying. and Replenishing flavors: clean, refreshing and not too sweet. (Aspartame-free, they’re sweetened with Sucralose. You can buy the powdered version by mail through Amazon.com.
